Different centuries. Same love.

For the 250 years since the birth of the USA, women have wrapped babies in handmade quilts.
Life has changed.
Love hasn’t.
Today we continue that tradition by creating heirloom-quality baby quilts that busy families no longer have time to make—but still want to pass from one generation to the next.
Quilting Through the Ages
The first known examples of quilted items date back to the Egyptians. There is a depiction of a Pharoah wearing what appears to be a quilted vest.
Early quilts were born of necessity. Through the years quilts have contained recycled fabrics from outgrown or worn clothing. Creative quilters have raised a very practical craft into an art form by developing complex patterns and utilizing available materials.
Our videos will take you on a journey through history from the perspective of a quilter. Enjoy the show.
